So... I haven't heard anything about where my tickets are... and I'm worried they won't be here in time for the concert. I got them on this site, so I figured it was reliable. Did anyone else have this problem? Can I get my tickets at will call if they don't make it to my house in time?
Depending on when your show is, they will be mailed out a few weeks before the show. If they don't come you can get new ones issued at the ticket booth at the show.
I had been worried too b/c it was getting so close but everything worked out fine. My show is this Sunday, 7/17. On Monday my order status went to "fulfilled" and the ticket arrived at my house Wed. Today, I got the VIP info email from Ground Control with the time to be there and everything.
