its 6 days before the concert and my tickets haven't shipped yet!
i paid for shipping and handling (18 dollars) so i know its not will call...
did this happen to anyone else? I emailed ground control and they haven't gotten back to me yet :(
I e-mailed them about my show in Toronto and I even asked about what they do it they become will call do we get our money refunded back? They gave me the run around and avoided that part of the question, but they said that if they don't show up, then you can get them reprinted at the venue. All you need is a receipt and some ID.
