its hard to pick cuz without the old nicki the new nicki wouldnt be big like she is so i love both!

    i love old nicki and new nicki but to be truly honest (im still a real fan here, js) i think old nicki was more in2 rappin and now its just..well shes kinda gone more mainstream (e.g: my friends NEVER even knew who nicki was until i showed them, now EVRY1 knows who she is) and umm yeah now shes all mainstream and b4 she was sooooo pretty (still pretty now) and also her songs were more....yu know....umm....better...
    However, the nicki minaj now has more hits and songs are duets with rihanna, drake, lil wayne, kanye west etc and her songs have been in the charts more than ever b4, shes also more popular :)) xx

    Old Nicki was new on the scene and never really had the chance to cultivate her self the way she wanted to until about her second mix-tape or so when she started ditching the sex appeal a bit for more of her quirky antics, crazy personas, and slew of accents and other voices. Now since she's paved her way into the mainstream, it's all about branding and selling herself the way she wants. So instead of "old Nicki" or "New Nicki" I just like Nicki... wherever she is and wherever she plans to go in the near future, I'll support her and I know she'll be a success.

    Umm, well I don;t really know, because I never knew the 'old' Nicki. I only began to appreciate her when I heard the 'new' Nicki! But if I listen to her old and new styles, I can't compare them becoz they're so different
