tour tickets dispatch

does anybody knows when the tour tickets are dispatched Im going on 30th october and still waiting for my tickets
also does anyone know how long the gig lasts for as Im stuck between train to london or drive, train's the preference
would appreciate a tweet as for some reason admins delete this posts and nobody answers me on the big thread, @woolybaabaa
