11th of july (workout update)


So it's been a few days since the last blog i've written and I just wanted to write here my results, so here we go: (i'm waaaaaay too lazy to convert kilometres to miles, do it yourself, if you're interested, which i highy doubt you are)

3rd of july(the day I started): 1.1km in 12min 24sec
4th of july: 1.1km in 10 min 3sec
5th of july: 1.1km in 9min 35sec
6th of july: 1.2km in 9min 7sec
7th of july: 1.2km in 9min 25sec
8th of july: 1.1km in 8min 45sec
9th of july: My ipod ran out of battery so I couldnt take time
10th of july: 1.1km in 8min 30 sec
11th of july: 1.1km in 8min 25sec

alrighty, the first 3-4 days were promising but it kinda went shittier day by day. I'm just going to try to get my shit together and reach my goal, which is: 1.1km in 5min by july 31st.
